Dr. Chian, chair of Socle's board of directors, is also senior vice president of design enablement at GLOBALFOUNDRIES. He has extensive leadership experience in silicon process technologies, specifically in the areas of design methodology and automation. He holds bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees in electrical engineering, as well as a master's degree in applied math from Florida Institute of Technology.

Mr. Bo Cheng is vice president of Asia Pacific and Japan region at GLOBALFOUNDRIES. He has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in both Asia and the US. Mr. Cheng received his master's degree in computer science engineering from San Jose State University, California.

Mr. Eric Ying-Tsung Kao has served as a director since November, 2001. Mr. Kao currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Memoright Corp. He holds a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mr. Charles Kau has served as a director since June, 2001. Mr. Kau currently serves as CEO of Inotera Memories Inc. He is a 30-year veteran in the semiconductor industry with impressive global experiences in various senior positions. Mr. Kau holds a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the North Carolina State University.

Mr. Stone Peng has been President and Chief Executive Officer from 1 Dec. 2010. He has extensive experiences and remarkable achievement in Semiconductor and its related businesses. Mr. Peng holds a master's degree in Computer Engineering from University of Southern California.
